Many international construction projects have had a significant impact on architecture and residential construction in the last ten years. Our project is much more than just that! We want to create the most advanced city by using everything that is currently available in terms of smart city, eHealth, AI education, alternative energy and waste management

systems, wellness care and at the same time protect the environment, which grows with the sensitivity of technology and ecological well-being. 

We will take in thousands of people, a population that currently lives below the standard of poverty/hopeless/homeless/unskilled/drunk, and through proper new eHealth/telemedicine/AI education – tutoring/vocational training and rehabilitation, bring them back into society.

Our project strategy is to achieve multiple goals that are directly affected while delivering solutions for society as a whole. We will focus on the people who need the most help to live a life and we will find them in the following areas:

• Homeless
• Families below the poverty standard
• Unemployed
• Uneducated / no skills
• Overpopulated areas
• Families with medium financial status o Poor schools o Crime / Violence

o The housing costs (rent) are very high due to the shortage o No quality of life

The project creates a new city outside the overpopulated areas, which will feature:

• eHealth / Telemedicine Services – Hospitals / Clinics / Diagnostic Centers / Rehabilitation Centers / Wellness Centers

Our biggest obstacle will be the government agencies/ministries, which we believe we can overcome with the support of the True Vision Foundation and Diafania Group.
